Experteer Overview As Software Engineer Principal, you lead the web platform for enterprise digital properties, delivering scalable, high-performance solutions across content delivery, personalization, and multi-channel experiences. You will collaborate with UX/design teams to translate concepts into fast, maintainable implementations and drive modernization patterns such as headless and microservices. You’ll own performance, content authoring workflows, and integration with personalization engines, shaping how customers experience our digital channels. This role blends technical ownership with strategic impact, enabling secure, efficient delivery at scale.
