Experteer Overview As Global Lead for Platform Engineering, you’ll shape and deliver shared tooling and core services used by Engineering teams to boost reliability and velocity. You’ll own the developer experience across the SDLC, drive DevSecOps and AI-enabled delivery capabilities, and steer platform modernization. You’ll partner with security, SRE, risk, and architecture to embed best practices and measure impact, enabling scalable, secure software delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end developer experience across build, test, deployment, and runtime by partnering with engineering leaders * Design, build, and maintain DevSecOps pipelines for reliable software delivery and platform stability * Deliver developer productivity metrics by integrating data across systems * Design and maintain AI agents supporting the SDLC for more predictable delivery * Maintain shared services and tools (API gateways, Confluence, core platforms) * Maintain current open-source libraries and dependencies * Lead product management for Platform Engineering: vision, roadmap, priorities * Drive adoption of standards and practices across Global Engineering and BU CIO * Enhance software engineering productivity via CI/CD, automation, and innovation * Partner with Security, SRE, Risk, Control, Architecture to embed best practices Tasks * 20+ years of software engineering experience * 5+ years in a technical leadership role * Strong background in platform engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure * Knowledge of modern CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, and automation tools * Experience with product management of internal engineering platforms * Awareness of security, governance, and regulatory requirements in financial services * Ability to translate business and platform needs into strategy and backlog * Experience with AI, automation, and intelligent workflows Key requirements * retirement benefits (401k and pension) * medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance * paid time off and leave programs * parenteral and caregiver leave * life & accident insurance * discretionary bonus program (potential equity component)
