Global Director - NTAM Technology

Experteer Overview In this role, you lead NTAM Tech to define and execute a cohesive technology strategy that delivers a resilient, cost-effective platform for NTAM’s clients and products. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into measurable tech outcomes and drive modernization, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You’ll shape the operating model and oversee a distributed technology organization to enable growth and client impact. This is a strategic, executive role at a trusted global financial services firm with a focus on innovation and enterprise reliability. Compensation / Benefits * Provide strategic leadership for NTAM Tech Delivery, modernization, resiliency, controls, and regulatory compliance * Serve as trusted advisor to senior business leaders and translate priorities into tech outcomes * Lead risk management reviews (TRC, ITOC/IREC/ITAM) and cybersecurity governance with CISO and CIO * Oversee enterprise roadmaps, capital planning, and execution; manage project and vendor escalation * Foster One IT operating model and manage relationships with contractors, service providers, Shared Services, and Enterprise Technology * Identify emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage and support client engagements * Drive financial stewardship including performance, productivity, and profitability * Support business development and key client engagements where technology is central * Engage with Audit, regulators, and Management Committees to balance enterprise mandates with NTAM objectives * Lead cross-functional collaboration across technology and business units to optimize speed and scalability Tasks * 20+ years leading enterprise-scale CIO or Head of Technology in financial services * Management consulting experience strongly preferred * Experience presenting to Board and Management Committee; regulator and auditor engagement * Strong track record overseeing technology contractors and service providers * Deep asset management domain expertise across public and private markets * Experience implementing and scaling AI within an investments business * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; advanced degree preferred Key requirements * retirement benefits (401k and pension) * health, dental, vision coverage * paid time off * par parental and caregiver leave * life and disability insurance * discretionary bonus with potential equity component
