Head of Operations - NTAM Technology

Experteer Overview In this role you will define and execute the technology strategy for NTAM Operations Technology, aligning platforms with business growth and regulatory needs. You’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver scalable, modern solutions, driving AI adoption, cloud and automation to improve client service and efficiency. You will build and lead global engineering teams, shaping the roadmap and governance for a diverse portfolio. This position offers impact across onboarding, reporting, and client servicing, with a direct link to business outcomes and risk management.
