Applications Analyst / Developer II

• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Salesforce applications and related business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, improve functionality, and deliver practical solutions.
• Support both existing systems and net-new requirements as the team transitions to newer technology.
• Contribute to efforts aimed at reducing technical debt and improving the long-term health of the platform.
• Work onsite in Richardson as part of a team focused on reliable delivery and continuous improvement.

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Ability to support business users and translate needs into effective technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
