Job description

Braun Management helps executive teams identify and resolve organizational friction that prevents effective decision making. We focus on providing structural solutions and evidence-backed analysis for businesses facing complex governance challenges. This Junior AI Automation Developer position focuses on building internal systems to support our consulting engagements, including our work with a major Spanish financial services firm that is central to our current operations. As a fully remote member of our team, you will help build workflows that allow our consultants to identify structural truths within large, complex organizations. This role exists to bridge the gap between raw organizational data and the clear, written conclusions our clients expect from us.You will be responsible for creating the tools that make rigorous analysis possible at scale. What You Will Do Build and maintain scripts that collect organizational data from disparate internal and external sources.Configure automated workflows to process meeting transcripts, governance documents, and corporate records.Test AI-driven tools to ensure high levels of precision in summarizing complex business systems and decision rights.Assist in the preparation of evidence-backed reports by extracting key data points from large financial datasets.Identify areas where manual data entry or repetitive tasks cause operational friction within our internal research process.Document technical processes clearly in writing so that non-technical consultants can understand the logic behind each automation.Monitor the performance of existing automation scripts to ensure they remain reliable and accurate over time.Collaborate with senior team members to refine data extraction techniques for specialized financial services documentation.Troubleshoot errors in data pipelines to ensure that client timelines are met without compromising on accuracy. What We Are Looking For A basic understanding of Python or similar scripting languages used for task automation and data handling.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision in technical tasks, even when the work is repetitive. An interest in how complex business systems, organizational structures, and governance models operate. The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely in written English.A logical approach to problem solving when automation scripts or data flows do not perform as expected.Familiarity with the practical application of large language models for text classification and data extraction.Willingness to learn about European governance models, including works councils and two-tier boards.Prior experience with personal coding projects, open-source contributions, or university coursework involving automation.A disciplined approach to remote work, showing the ability to manage tasks without constant supervision. How We Work Braun Management operates as a fully remote organization, which requires a high degree of individual accountability and clear written communication. We avoid unnecessary meetings, choosing instead to document our progress, technical hurdles, and decisions in shared digital spaces. This approach allows us to maintain the precision needed for high-stakes consulting work without the distractions of a traditional office environment.Because our team is distributed, we rely heavily on the clarity of our documentation to keep projects moving forward.Every team member is expected to manage their own schedule while remaining available for periodic technical reviews and discussions regarding client requirements. We value the unglamorous but necessary work that leads to a stable and predictable outcome for our clients. What We Offer Competitive compensation that is attractive for an entry-level technical role in the current market.A permanent, full-time contract within a professional consulting practice that values stability. The flexibility of working from any location in a fully remote setup.Hands-on experience with complex organizational datasets and real-world financial sector challenges.Opportunities to learn about executive decision rights and corporate restructuring from seasoned consultants.A professional environment focused on rigorous analysis rather than corporate trends or marketing hype.Access to the modern development tools and collaborative software necessary for remote technical work.By automating the data processing tasks that often slow down organizational analysis, you enable our consultants to focus on the difficult conversations that lead to meaningful change.Your work helps uncover the structural truths that hinder growth for our clients, providing the technical foundation for our evidence-backed conclusions.Through the tools you build, we can offer a clear, written path forward for the leaders of the Spanish financial services firm and other major organizations we advise. This role is a vital part of our effort to replace organizational friction with clear accountability and operational logic.
