Job description
The Support Technician is responsible for providing operational support within a manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role assists with inventory management, material handling, production support, equipment operation, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products., * Support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations.
- Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials and supplies.
- Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Transport materials between warehouse and production areas.
- Prepare materials and supplies for production runs.
- Operate material handling equipment as authorized.
- Support shipping, receiving, packaging, and labeling activities.
- Complete documentation and data entry in WMS or ERP systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach, and climb as needed., * Forklift certification preferred.
- Experience with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of inventory control and production support processes.

Benefits & conditions
Manufacturing and warehouse environment. May require overtime, weekends, or shift work based on business needs. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or Operations Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Hourly
