ServiceNow Developer

A client of Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow professional to manage, support, and enhance its ServiceNow environment. This person will partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, configure and customize workflows, automate manual processes, support integrations, manage platform upgrades, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure the platform remains stable and aligned with IT service management best practices. The role appears to be more administrator-focused than software development-focused, with a strong emphasis on platform ownership, process improvement, stakeholder communication, and ServiceNow configuration.

2+ years supporting, administering, or developing within ServiceNow

3+ years supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Service Delivery functions

Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows and modules

JavaScript scripting experience within ServiceNow environments

Active Directory, LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO)

Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

Experience creating technical documentation and implementation plans ServiceNow Certifications

ServiceNow Certified Systems Admin (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Flow Designer and workflow automation experience

IntegrationHub experience

Service Catalog administration experience

CMDB experience

Platform upgrade and release management experience

Governance, compliance, or risk management workflow experience

Previous consulting or enterprise ServiceNow implementation experience
