SAP Ariba Programme/Project Manager - 6 months - Windsor - £550+/day - Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Programme/Project Manager to join a global technology services organisation on a 6-month hybrid contract based in Windsor (1 day per week on-site). The successful candidate will lead and deliver large-scale Procurement Transformation initiatives, driving business value through the successful implementation of SAP Ariba solutions. The role is accountable for end-to-end programme delivery across procurement technology, data, process transformation, change management, and business adoption, managing complex portfolios of interdependent projects and ensuring delivery of measurable business outcomes across the enterprise., * Lead end-to-end delivery of Procurement Transformation programmes including SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Risk Management, and Spend Management

• Manage a portfolio of interdependent projects and workstreams, owning programme scope, roadmap, schedules, budgets, resources, benefits, and delivery outcomes
• Develop and execute programme plans, implementation strategies, and business cases, ensuring successful transition of deliverables into BAU operations
• Establish and manage programme governance structures, steering committees, reporting forums, and decision-making processes
• Provide clear portfolio reporting covering delivery progress, risks, financial performance, dependencies, and benefits realisation to executive and senior leadership stakeholders
• Identify, manage, and mitigate programme risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, driving benefits realisation including procurement efficiencies, spend visibility, supplier governance improvements, and cost optimisation
• Oversee implementation and integration of SAP Ariba within the wider enterprise technology landscape, collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data, Integration, and Platform teams
• Drive adoption of SAP-first procurement technology solutions, promoting use of Automation, AI, Contract Intelligence, and Digital Procurement innovations
• Lead stakeholder engagement and organisational change activities, developing communication, training, and business readiness strategies
• Manage relationships with global system integrators, implementation partners, and third-party suppliers

• 10+ years of SAP Ariba Programme/Project Management experience (essential)
• Extensive experience delivering large-scale SAP Ariba transformation programmes including Strategic Sourcing, Contracts Management, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Supplier Risk, and Spend Analysis (essential)
• Strong understanding of Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Supplier Management, Finance integration processes, and compliance and governance controls
• Proven experience managing enterprise-wide technology transformation programmes with multiple concurrent workstreams
• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba integration with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BTP/CPI
• Demonstrated experience managing programme budgets, benefits realisation, financial performance, and resource planning
• Strong governance, reporting, risk management, and portfolio management experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills at executive level
• Desirable: SAP Ariba Certification, PMP/PRINCE2/MSP/Agile/SAFe or equivalent certification, experience with ESG/CSRD reporting and compliance, knowledge of AI-enabled procurement capabilities including Contract Intelligence and Autonomous Sourcing, experience in regulated industries, and familiarity with ServiceNow and enterprise delivery management tools
