IT Technician

**Average hourly rate is $20.80 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) **, As an IT Technician, you’ll be the go-to person for technical support, ensuring smooth operations for our team and the critical work they do for kids and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provisioning user accounts and resolving connectivity issues.
• Troubleshooting equipment abnormalities.
• Managing helpdesk tickets and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) within two business days.
• Supporting staff in your assigned region, with occasional travel as required.
• Collaborating with a forward-thinking IT team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We’re seeking a self-starter who is eager to learn, solve problems, and work collaboratively. The ideal candidate is:
