- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and peripheral devices
- Monitor system health and support operational stability
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests
- Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures
- Support system upgrades, deployments, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain technology assets and inventory records
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience providing technical support or systems administration
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, networking, and enterprise technologies
- Familiarity with IT service management practices and ticketing systems
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, ITIL Foundation, or similar certifications are a plus
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
