Team Lead SAP IC Business Processes (EDI)

• Provide functional leadership and drive the further development of the global SAP IC Business Processes (EDI) Business Solution Team in close collaboration with customers (m/f/d) and stakeholders (m/f/d)
• Build and maintain strong customer (m/f/d) relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for SAP EDI solutions
• Define and maintain the EDI roadmap and backlog as the foundation for future enhancements and projects, in alignment with the division’s strategic objectives
• Develop and implement efficient, innovative solutions together with Business Process Owners (m/f/d) and Business Process Experts (m/f/d), while ensuring seamless end-to-end process integration
• Establish and continuously expand SAP EDI expertise within the SAP S/4HANA environment, with a strong focus on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and actively contribute to the guiding principles of “Build the right things right and use them right” and “Reuse before buy before build”
• Foster a hands-on mindset and agile ways of working within the team, leveraging SAP Joule and supporting AI-driven approaches to optimize analysis, documentation, and support processes

• Technical education (HTL/Uni/FH) combined with several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally as a global functional Team Lead (m/f/d) within an SAP consulting environment
• In-depth expertise in the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem, with a focus on Sales & Distribution (SD), SAP BTP, and EDI
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect (m/f/d) in the SAP EDI domain, working closely with business stakeholders (m/f/d)
• Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, proven functional leadership capabilities, and a hands-on mentality are essential for successfully leading the team and driving continuous process improvement
• Strong willingness to continuously develop skills and adapt to emerging technologies within the SAP S/4HANA landscape

Compensation and Benefits: The collectively agreed minimum salary for this position is EUR 4.611,00 gross per month (14 times p.a.). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a higher salary may be offered.
