Job description

Provide support for Warehouse Management System (WMS) queries and issues.
Collaborate with operational teams to assess requirements and identify productivity improvements.
Work with system users to develop practical, supportable solutions.
Support a range of business-critical systems alongside the wider systems team.
Test and implement new processes, integrations, and third-party interfaces, including carrier systems.
Deliver user training on systems and business processes.
Manage system updates, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
Document processes and create user guides where required.
Support occasional out-of-hours system changes and business-critical operations when needed.

Requirements

Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems.
Understanding of warehouse operations and distribution environments.
Experience delivering high-quality customer or user support.
SQL reporting and query-writing skills.
Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to build effective relationships with users at all levels.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on outstanding service and continuous improvement.
Experience with iReports, RDT device support, ODBC reporting in Microsoft Excel, Oracle APEX, RedPrairie/Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS, PowerShell or other scripting languages, PL/SQL, or warehouse automation systems is desirable.

This is a full-time role with a Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm schedule and a salary of £35,000 DOE.
