ServiceNow Senior Solutions Architect

You will work across a range of enterprise projects, designing scalable, secure and maintainable ServiceNow solutions while providing technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the architecture and design of enterprise ServiceNow solutions

• Translating complex business requirements into scalable technical designs

• Producing solution architectures aligned with ServiceNow best practice

• Providing architectural guidance to consultants and developers throughout delivery

• Leading design reviews, technical governance and key architecture decisions

• Designing enterprise integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs and standard integration patterns

• Supporting integrations across cloud and on-premise environments

• Contributing to platform standards, governance frameworks and technical roadmaps

• Working closely with senior business and technical stakeholders

• Supporting technical workshops, solution discussions and pre-sales activity

This is a senior architecture role for someone who enjoys working on complex enterprise ServiceNow programmes, shaping solution design, influencing technical standards and helping develop a wider architecture capability., * Significant experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions

• Previous experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, Principal Consultant or senior technical lead

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design principles

• Architecture experience across areas such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM or HRSD

• Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs and IntegrationHub

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development and extensibility best practice

• Experience establishing architecture standards, governance or technical roadmaps

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• ServiceNow CSA or equivalent practical experience

• CTA certification, progress towards CTA, or demonstrable enterprise architecture experience

Additional experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, secure environments or technical pre-sales would be beneficial.

Due to the security requirements associated with the projects, applicants must be British Nationals and eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
