Job description

  • Call-Annahme sowie Priorisierung von Anfragen und StĂśrungen im Ticketsystem
  • Eigenständige ProblemlĂśsung im Rahmen des 1st & 2nd Level Supports
  • DurchfĂźhrung einer qualifizierten Fehleranalyse
  • Installation und Wartung von Hard- und Software im Clientbereich
  • Dokumentation der Vorgänge, * Jobticket und JobRad
  • Internationale fachliche und persĂśnliche WeiterbildungsmĂśglichkeiten
  • Betriebliche Altersvorsorge
  • Übernahme der Kinderbetreuungskosten bis zur Einschulung
  • Kantine mit regionalen Gerichten und kostenfreie Getränke vor Ort

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT Bereich oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation sowie Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Windows-Umfeld sowie im Umgang mit Microsoft Office 365
  • Anwendungsbereite Erfahrungen im 1st Level Anwendersupport
  • Mindestens ein C1-Sprachniveau in Deutsch und gutes Englisch
