Job description

  • Selbständige Bearbeitung von Tickets im Rahmen des First- und Second-Level-Supports
  • DurchfĂźhrung von Schulungen und Einweisungen fĂźr Nutzer
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Wissensdatenbank des Helpdesk-Teams
  • Weiterleitung ungelĂśster Anfragen an den Third-Level-Support

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker:in fĂźr Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im First- und Second-Level-Support bzw. im Software- und Hardware Support von Anwender:innen
  • Sehr gut Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und im ITIL-Umfeld
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
