US CITIZEN ONLY Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager to lead the transformation from traditional Waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within a Capital Markets environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Front Office Capital Markets experience and a proven ability to establish and lead Scrum teams, implement Agile frameworks, and drive organizational change., Lead the transition from Waterfall to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Establish and launch new Scrum teams and Agile processes.
• Implement and scale SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across the organization.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and help teams improve delivery and productivity.
• Coach Product Owners, developers, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile principles.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with Project Managers and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile transformation initiatives.

Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager.

• Front Office Capital Markets experience is MUST.
• Proven experience transitioning organizations from Waterfall to Agile.
• Experience standing up new Scrum/Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing team impediments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing projects, dependencies, risks, schedules, and deliverables.
