Responsibilities include:Serve as the first point of contact by answering calls to our central scheduling line with warmth, professionalism, and efficiencySchedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments while ensuring accuracy and timelinessAct as a primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients, providing clear and supportive communicationCoordinate closely with clinical and medical staff to understand scheduling needs, preferences, and waitlistsCommunicate essential appointment details and next steps to clientsUpdate and manage appointment changes, including those made through automated systemsUtilize DBH’s electronic medical record (EMR) system while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and privacy standardsScreen calls, route messages appropriately, and provide helpful information to clients and team membersSupport additional administrative tasks as needed to meet organizational needsWhy this role matters:You are often the first voice clients hear.
