Head of Data & Revenue Operations

As the Head of Data & RevOps at Teamleader, Yuki & AdminPulse you’ll take the lead in supporting the business teams to optimise GTM efforts, customer experience and setup up reporting structure for data driven insights., * Manage the dynamic environment of a merge of 3 companies where we where strategies shift, priorities evolve, and stakeholder management is key to success

• Lead and grow a talented team, offering mentorship, career guidance, and performance support to help them shine.
• Take charge of our revenue tech stack and data systems, making sure everything runs smoothly, integrates perfectly, and stays cost-effective.
• Set up the governance structure to balance ad hoc support with the roll out of strategic projects to to grow our product portfolio’s for Accountancy Offices and business with our various GTM motions.
• Set the gold standard for data quality & reporting architecture to:
• Enable our AI team to increase ARR per FTE across the entire group.
• Help business stakeholders make better data driven decisions in their GTM efforts

• Have 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or a similar role, including at least 3 years leading a team.
• Are a HubSpot or Salesforce pro, know the ins and outs of the tool like the back of your hand.
• Have a proven history of optimizing RevOps processes and tools to deliver real impact on marketing, sales & customer success.
• Love digging into data and have a solid understanding of modern data systems.
• Have project management skills, you’re great at juggling priorities and seeing initiatives through.
• Have a knack for aligning operations with company goals across multiple products and go-to-market strategies.
• Are experienced in managing change and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
