Requirements

EpicCare Ambulatory certification
Advanced experience with Epic Ambulatory application build, configuration, testing, and production support
Experience working with clinical and business operations to document current-state workflows and design future-state workflows
Experience translating operational and technical requirements into Epic system configuration
Experience developing test scripts, validating new build, and performing integrated testing
Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex Epic application, configuration, and system issues
Experience maintaining Epic dictionaries, profiles, tables, and other configuration components
Strong understanding of application interdependencies and downstream impacts across integrated systems
Experience partnering with end users, clinical operations, technical teams, and Epic personnel
Ability to identify configuration gaps, escalate issues, and drive resolution during implementation activities Preferred Requirements:
Experience supporting complex ambulatory and core clinical workflows
Experience with oncology-related clinical workflows
Experience supporting large-scale Epic implementations within a healthcare system
Experience with application build, workflow design, integrated testing, defect resolution, and operational readiness
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and their impact on Epic configuration
Experience supporting change management and workflow redesign
Experience leading or supporting digital application implementation projects through activation
