Requirements

The Client is looking for one experienced ServiceNow technical resource. He/she must be strong in ServiceNow ITSM go-live preparation & cut over as well as post-go live stabilization, troubleshooting, & performance tuning. The anticipated onboarding starts around September 1st…potentially sooner. Remote work is fine with two weeks on-site, i.e., one week pre-launch and another week post-launch. Required:

  • ITSM Cutover planning, readiness validation, go/no-go execution
  • Post Launch (9/30) triage and resolution of production issues
  • ITSM configuration and ServiceNow ITSM upgrade

Highly desired experience:

  • CMDB/CSDM build, MID Server and Discovery configuration, IRE rule creation
  • SCCM and Intune integration development
  • ITOM and ITAM design and implementation
