Java Kotlin Docker, Your Employer: Mid-Sized E-Health Tech Company with a Mission and a Global Horizon

This mid-sized, tech-driven organisation in Amsterdam develops an advanced platform designed to process and analyse massive volumes of complex data. The ambition is clear: to create an open-source solution available worldwide, enabling scientists, doctors, and researchers everywhere to use it immediately.

The platform is technically mature and ready for its next phase: scaling to a larger user base, delivering performance optimisations, building new features, and integrating AI capabilities. What you develop now will set the standard for an open-source product that, over the next decade, will make a direct contribution to improving healthcare worldwide. This is the moment to step in and leave your mark!

You’ll work in an environment of highly educated colleagues - many MScs and PhDs - who love tackling and solving non-trivial problems. Think optimising complex data pipelines, building real-time analytics and matching algorithms, and designing scalable, secure, and robust systems. The culture is close-knit, with open communication, short decision lines, and plenty of room for your own ideas.
