Desktop Support Engineer

Working within the IT support team, you’ll provide hands-on support for incidents, service requests, planned changes, and Smart Hands activities. You’ll also support VIPs, Executives, and Senior Management, taking ownership of issues through to resolution., * Deskside and end-user support

• Managing incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
• PC/laptop builds and Windows 11 configuration
• Active Directory administration
• Office 365 support
• Hardware troubleshooting and repairs
• Asset management and documentation
• VIP and Executive user support
• Supporting project work as required

• Desktop/Deskside Support experience
• ServiceNow (S-NOW)
• Microsoft Office 365
• Windows 11
• Active Directory
• Asset Management
• Strong documentation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Desirable Skills

• AV support experience (or willingness to learn)
• Smart Hands support experience
• VIP/Executive support experience

• Monday to Friday
• Site coverage between 08:00 and 18:00 (8-hour shift)
• Fully onsite in Southampton
