Job description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT Service Delivery team through coaching, performance management, and career development.
  • Oversee end-user support operations, ensuring exceptional service levels, SLA compliance, and executive-level white-glove support.
  • Manage IT projects, resource allocation, and operational priorities to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day support needs.
  • Direct incident, problem, and escalation management activities, driving root-cause analysis, trend identification, and long-term solutions.
  • Oversee user lifecycle management, device provisioning, security updates, onboarding/offboarding, and technology compliance processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement across service delivery by enhancing processes, documentation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in Information Technology; at least 5 years in management or supervisory role.
  • Experience in Healthcare IT, knowledge of radiology workflows and systems and knowledge of PACS/RIS is highly preferred.
  • Strong people management experience.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow, Windows, macOS, remote support tools, and IT service management/ticketing platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead IT initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience with endpoint management, software deployments, system updates, and IT project rollouts; willingness to travel up to 25%.

Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
