- Du betreust Schulen und Geschäftskunden persönlich vor Ort - freundlich, lösungsorientiert und mit technischer Kompetenz
- Kleine und große Störungen analysierst Du eigenständig und dokumentierst sie professionell im Ticketsystem
- IT-Infrastrukturen richtest Du fachgerecht ein - von Netzwerken bis zur Softwareinstallation
- Du führst Wartungsarbeiten durch und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft
- Dokumentationen und die Pflege der Wissensdatenbank gehören für Dich genauso dazu wie das Teilen Deines Know-hows
Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
- Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Betriebssystemen, Netzwerken und IT-Peripherie
- Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen? Sehr gern - aber kein Muss
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und mit einem echten Blick für Lösungen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind für den Kundenkontakt notwendig - Englisch ist ein Pluspunkt
