  • Be an early applicant, * Bearbeitung von eingehenden Bedarfsanfragen und Support-Anliegen in dem Helpdesk-/Ticketsystem, inkl. detaillierter Fehleranalyse, -behebung und Dokumentation
  • Bereitstellung, Installation sowie Betreuung der Hardware und Software an den Arbeitsplätzen
  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung des laufenden IT-Betriebes
  • Mitarbeit an der Gestaltung und Optimierung bestehender Serviceprozesse

Requirements

  • Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Helpdesk-Systemen, Serviceprozessen sowie im Bereich Softwareverteilung
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Servicemanagement (basierend auf ITIL) wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gutes mündliches und schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Hardware (Workstations, Laptops, Drucker), Windows Clientbetriebssysteme, MS Office-Anwendungen sowie weiterer Business-
