Job description

As a Fullstack Developer, you will design, build, and evolve scalable backend services, distributed workflows, and user-facing applications. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Integrations, and DevOps to deliver reliable solutions with a meaningful real-world impact.

️ About the platform

Our platform has a distributed, cloud-native architecture composed of:

  • Microservices and workers: Node.js and TypeScript services, with specialized background workers communicating through GCP Pub/Sub queues and REST APIs.
  • Cloud infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, and managed services supporting scalability and resilience.
  • Data: MongoDB, BigQuery, ETL processes, and integrations with other products and systems.
  • Frontend applications: Administrative and user-facing applications developed with Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
  • DevOps and observability: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, logging, and alerting.

What you will do

  • Design, build, and evolve Node.js and TypeScript microservices and background workers.
  • Develop queue-based integrations and event-driven workflows using GCP Pub/Sub.
  • Build and improve administrative and user-facing applications with Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
  • Implement robust error handling and strengthen monitoring and alerting across services.
  • Maintain and improve ETL processes and data integrations.
  • Participate in technical planning, estimation, and the delivery of complex features.
  • Work with DevOps to improve CI/CD practices and the platform’s scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Integrations team to ensure interoperability across company products.
  • Conduct detailed code reviews and help maintain high standards of code quality.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s engineering practices.

Requirements

Proven experience designing or working with distributed systems.

Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, as well as experience with typed programming languages.

Solid knowledge of microservices, background workers, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures.

Experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Kubernetes, and IAM.

A good understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and modern DevOps practices.

Experience working with MongoDB, data integrations, and ETL processes.

The ability to use AI coding tools, such as Cursor or Claude Code, to improve productivity while applying strong technical judgment to review, refine, and validate AI-generated code.

A strong commitment to code quality, maintainability, observability, and system reliability.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong level of English.

Experience with Vue.js, Nuxt.js, BigQuery, or user-facing applications will be a plus.

Benefits & conditions

  • Remote working model in Spain.
  • Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Gross annual salary between 29.000€ and €33.000€.
  • Your birthday off.
  • Flexible compensation and employee benefits.
  • Healthcare discounts.
  • An international, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • Leaders who prioritize support, autonomy, and people development.
  • A team where you can learn, grow, and enjoy the journey.
