Job description
We are seeking an experienced Workstation Support Specialist to provide Tier 2 technical, hardware, and software support across enterprise environments. This role is responsible for maintaining device compliance and health, troubleshooting operating systems and applications, resolving peripheral issues, and supporting end-user hardware including PCs, laptops, and Macs., * Deliver Tier 2 hardware, software, and network troubleshooting for workstations, laptops, Mac devices, and peripherals (docking stations, monitors, scanners, and multifunction printers).
- Maintain end-user device health and compliance, including diagnosing broken SCCM clients, deploying updates, and remediating operating system or application faults.
- Monitor, manage, and take ownership of incident queues within the ticketing system (Remedy), ensuring detailed documentation and timely escalation.
- Configure, deploy, and support microcomputer systems and network equipment within enterprise LAN/WAN and TCP/IP environments.
- Perform remote troubleshooting using RDP and modern device management platforms like Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Create and update technical resolution documentation and standard operating procedures for internal support teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Active Directory, Security, and Service Desk teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PC hardware and software in an enterprise LAN/WAN environment.
- 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting laptops, docking stations, and mobile workstations.
- 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting multifunction printers and network print devices.
- 3+ years of experience using enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., BMC Remedy, ServiceNow).
- Working knowledge of SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, RDP, and TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
- Strong diagnostic, customer service, and technical communication skills.
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be local to the Bridgeville, PA area.

- Valid Driver’s License (Required 1 Years)
- Experience with Remedy or similar ticketing system. (Required 3 Years)
