Requirements

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills a. Configuring and Troubleshooting Telecom communication system b. Experience with Avaya tools: CMS supervisor. Roles & Responsibilities a. Proficiency in managing, configuring and Troubleshooting Telecom communication system b. Experience in in enterprise telephony and contact centers and unified systems c. Experience with Avaya tools : CMS supervisor. d. Perform regular system analysis and optimizations of existing IVR apps e. Conduct code reviews and testing and document all project phases f. Experience in programming language (C# .Net) and DB (sql server/oracle etc.) g. knowledges in Avaya orchestration and other related technologies. h. Knowledges of telecom protocols such as SIP

i. Telecom experience is required for this role
