Job description

We are looking for a skilled Telephony Engineer with strong experience in Avaya systems and Unified Communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting enterprise voice and telecom solutions., * Configure and support telephony systems (Avaya Call Manager, System Manager, Voicemail)

  • Administer Avaya PBX and Unified Communications environment
  • Work with AWS Connect for cloud telephony setup and support
  • Manage call flows, vectors, and voice configurations
  • Support adds, moves, and changes (MACD) for telecom systems
  • Troubleshoot voice/network issues and maintain system uptime
  • Work with NICE Uptivity (call recording) and TASKE reporting
  • Collaborate with teams to support telecom infrastructure and integrations
  • Maintain documentation and perform system audits

Requirements

  • Experience in Telephony Systems Configuration
  • Strong knowledge of Avaya (Call Manager, System Manager, PBX)
  • Experience with NICE Uptivity and TASKE Reporting
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Connect
  • Knowledge of Cisco Voice/Video Technologies
  • Understanding of telecom network design (voice/data circuits)

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and telecom architecture
  • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Experience:

  • 8+ years in Telephony / Unified Communications / Telecom Engineering
