Graduate Digital App Developer

Weare seeking ambitious, self-motivated graduates to join our expanding Digital& App Innovation team witha passion todeliver projects on time and on budget within an agile developmentteam using the latest technologies. Limited supervision and directionare required for these individuals to deliver results.

Please note remotework is not available due to the highly sensitive nature ofclient work. Working on client site in the greater Belfastarea may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Thesuccessful individual will be involved in the delivery of projects forclients based on a Microsoft focused, cloud-first development stack:

• Contribute to technical analysis, solution design, userexperience design, development, testing, implementation anddeployment of Microsoft Azure cloud focused solutions;
• Apply change control processes;
• Provide training and guidance to end-users;
• Report to manager on project progress;
• Create and maintain relevant documentation; and
• Assist in solution reviews to maintain project quality.

REQUIREMENTS - ESSENTIAL

Essentialrequirements for this position are as follows:

• Great attention to detail and time-management skillswith the ability to accurately estimate time to completetasks;
• Strong interest innew technologies and concepts with the ability to pick themup quickly and apply them;
• Desire to achieve Microsoft Professional qualificationsthrough continual learning;
• Fluent in English with excellent written, verbalcommunication and presentation skills;
• A positive “can do” attitude; and
• Bachelor (Hons) degree in a computingrelated degree OR a clear and proven track record of successwith Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure.

REQUIREMENTS - DESIRED

Thefollowing desired requirements would also be advantageous:

• Microsoft Certified Professional (preferably withawards in the last 2 years);
• Experience of Agile methodologies;
• Experiencewith Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, and/orMicrosoft Teams;
• Experience in C# .NET Core and/orPowerShell;
• Experiencegathering client requirements; and
• Experience in solution reviews.
