Description
- Manage and optimise HR systems (Oracle) to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
- Ensure HR systems comply with data protection regulations and best practices.
- Manage a Team of 5+
- Oversee system upgrades, testing, and deployment while minimising disruption to operations.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff on system functionality and usage.
- Generate reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making within the HR department.
- Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to maintain service quality.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Profile
A successful HR Systems Manager should have:
- A strong background in HR technology and systems management within the professional services industry.
- Be an SME in Oracle Dayforce
- Proficiency in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing HRIS platforms.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and system upgrades.
