POS Systems Specialist (Oracle Simphony) Contract - London, UK

The role will be responsible for the administration, configuration, support and continuous improvement of POS systems across restaurants, bars, hotels, venues or other hospitality operations. The successful candidate will work closely with F&B Operations, Finance and IT teams to ensure the POS environment is reliable, secure and aligned with business requirements., POS System Administration

• Administer and maintain Oracle Simphony II and associated POS environments.
• Configure menus, products, prices, modifiers, discounts, promotions and service charges.
• Manage revenue centres, tenders, payment methods and operational settings.
• Configure user accounts, roles, permissions and access levels.
• Support POS configuration across multiple outlets, locations and business units.
• Maintain accurate master data and ensure consistency across the POS estate.

We are seeking an experienced POS Systems Specialist with strong knowledge of Oracle Simphony II and/or POS management within an F&B environment., * Hands-on experience with Oracle Simphony II and/or significant experience managing POS systems within an F&B/hospitality environment.

• Strong understanding of restaurant and hospitality POS operations.
• Experience with POS configuration, menu management, pricing and user administration.
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of sales, revenue and POS reconciliation processes.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
• Ability to support users in a fast-paced operational environment.
