Overview

People Systems Analyst Global Law Firm London (EC2N) £40k-£47k hybrid working

We are partnering with a leading global law firm in their search for a People Systems Analyst to join their collaborative and forward-thinking People team, based in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid HR systems experience, ideally within a professional services environment, who’s looking to take the next step in their career within a truly international setting.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting day-to-day operations of HR systems, including configuration, testing, and user support.
  • Collaborating with global HR teams to identify system improvements and support major HR projects like appraisals and regrading.
  • Producing and maintaining reports and dashboards to support data-led decision-making.
  • Working on system upgrades, rollouts, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.
  • Delivering training and support to HR users and self-service stakeholders.

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR systems administration or analysis.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
  • Confident using Excel and reporting tools for data analysis.
  • Experience with system configuration and user support.

  • Ideally, experience with SAP SuccessFactors and working with global data.
