Location-Remote Job Title Systems Administrator & Network Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator & Network Specialist to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and security systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, network performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining a secure and stable IT environment. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, systems, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and security.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Perform system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery activities.
• Ensure network security and implement security best practices.
• Support LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure and remote connectivity.
• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams for issue resolution.

Do you have experience in VPN management?, * Strong knowledge of: Windows Server / Linux Administration Active Directory DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP Networking concepts and protocols.

• Experience with: Routers, switches, and firewalls VPN and network security System monitoring tools Backup and recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and endpoint protection.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
• Knowledge of Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
• Certifications such as: CCNA MCSA RHCSA CompTIA Network+
