ServiceNow IRM Developer

The role supports Client’s enterprise AI intake and governance platform. AI ideas are submitted through a centralized intake process, assessed by autonomous agents, reviewed by an AI Champion, routed to the appropriate delivery path, and tracked through production and value realization. Core Responsibilities:

• Participate in design/discovery sessions and sprint ceremonies.
• Work with BAs and development leads to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop ServiceNow IRM user stories and take ownership from design through production deployment.
• Recommend out-of-the-box ServiceNow configurations wherever possible rather than customization.
• Perform testing, peer code reviews, defect resolution, and support functional/UAT testing.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation to meet audit requirements.
