Job description

The successful candidate will support system configuration, data migration, testing, UAT, user administration, workflows, templates, integrations and go-live activities, working closely with Planning, Building Control, Land Charges, IT, the project team and Idox.

Requirements

Previous experience of Idox Uniform . Previous experience of Acolaid . Administration/support of complex business or case-management systems . System configuration, user administration or application support . Experience supporting a system implementation, upgrade or migration . Strong understanding of data migration, testing and UAT

Experience within Local Authority Planning, Building Control, Land Charges or regulatory services would be highly desirable.
