Systems Administrator/ IT Service Management

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator/ IT Service Management for a Contract with a client in St. Paul, MN (Remote). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the ServiceNow-to-Freshservice migration, administering the Freshservice platform, and managing system integrations to support business operations., * Lead and execute the migration of ITSM processes and data from ServiceNow to Freshservice, including planning, workflow mapping, and stabilization activities.

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Freshservice platform, including service catalog, workflow automation, asset management, SLAs, and reporting.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between Freshservice and third-party systems to ensure seamless and secure data flow.
• Establish platform governance standards, configuration best practices, and change control processes to maintain system stability.
• Coordinate and oversee the daily technical activities of offshore contractor resources, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot platform and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI development.
• Strong experience with AWS AI/ML services, including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and cloud-native AI technologies.
• Hands-on expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI applications, and Large Language Models (LLMs) including prompt engineering and model optimization., Artificial Intelligence (AI), Asset Management, Automation, Best Practices, Business Operations, Business Support, Change Control, Computer Science, Contract Management, Corrective Action, Data Processing, Data Science, IT Service Management (ITSM), Identify Issues, Information Systems/Technology IS/IT Administration, Information Technology & Information Systems, Information/Data Security (InfoSec), Machine Learning, Offshoring, Operational Improvement, Operational Strategy, Operational Support, Root Cause Analysis, Service Level Agreement (SLA), ServiceNow, System Integration (SI), Systems Administration/Management, Systems Maintenance, Time Management

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors., Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
