ServiceNow Developer

M9 Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active Public Trust clearance is required., * Develop and support the ServiceNow application.

• Work within ServiceNow, the client’s IT Service Management tool.
• Support modules including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), and Request Management.

• Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
• An active Public Trust level clearance is required.
• SME in one or more of the following areas:
• ServiceNow Application Development
• ServiceNow Platform and Architecture Knowledge
• Experience with ServiceNow development with knowledge of code best practices.
• Knowledge/experience with functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture.
• Effective liaison leading technical development teams.
• Knowledge/experience of SDLC practices.
• Strong facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groups.
• Oral and written communication skills including presenting to management.
• Knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies.
• Change Management and Configuration Management (VersionOne, ServiceNow, etc).
• Problem/Risk Management.
• MS Office Suite.
