Job description
We are looking for someone to work in a hybrid role across Release Management as a Scrum Master and in Preproduction environment support as an engineer.
Release Management role
- Manage Digital releases through SDLC phases - testing, compliance, and implementation coordination
- Release artifacts managed in Enterprise tools of Jira and ServiceNow
- Experienced in managing work as scrum master and project manager
Preproduction Support engineer
- Support of lower environment Problem Incident support for feature development and release environments. Would be responsible for coordinating development, DBA, and enterprise partners
- Responsible for supporting a variety of testing tasks such as switch enablement, testing down, and debug enabling
- Incident support through Enterprise Jira Service Desk
- Experienced as a system support/operations engineer
Requirements
- 5+ years experience with Agile practices, and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow, and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, and Jira
- 5+ years of Experience with human centered design principles
- 5+ years of Strong risk management leadership skills
- 5+ years of Strong dependency management skills
- 5+ years of Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership
- 5+ years of Ability to influence and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment
- 5+ years of Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- 5+ years of Experience working with and leading delivery teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead
Benefits & conditions
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $83,520.00 - $125,280.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
