Job description

Design, develop and maintain integrations, imports and exports between core systems
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to capture requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Provide 3rd line support, including root cause analysis, bug fixing and performance tuning
Contribute to the ongoing integration strategy and tooling improvements
Support client onboarding and feature rollouts
Produce clear technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Participate in a support rota covering UK and CST hours, Keywords - Integration Developer / Support Developer / Systems Integration Engineer / Application Support Engineer / Software Engineer / API Developer / Backend Developer / SQL Developer / C# / Angular / Razor / PowerShell / REST / JSON / Enterprise Systems / Higher Education Tech / Finance Systems / Access Control / Third Line Support / 3rd-Line

Requirements

Strong commercial experience with SQL and relational databases
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and API integrations (REST/JSON)
Commercial experience with C#, Angular and Razor
Experience integrating with enterprise systems (student records, finance, access control, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Maths, Physics or a related discipline is highly desirable
