Job description

  • Build and execute marketing emails from supplied briefs using HTML templates
  • Own email builds from intake through to delivery, including QA and scenario setup in Bloomreach Engage (Exponea)
  • Liaise with the CRM Manager and Brand Lead to gather requirements and ensure content is accurate and brand-aligned
  • Monitor email performance, report on key delivery metrics, and provide insights back to the team
  • Assist with setting up automated scenarios and basic audience segmentation
  • Support weekly campaign volumes (approx. 4 emails per week per brand)
  • Make technical recommendations to improve template performance, render, and deliverability

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience building HTML emails (intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS required)
  • Previous experience with Bloomreach Engage or similar ESPs (e.g. Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, etc.)
  • Familiarity with setting up and managing campaign scenarios
  • Able to take briefs and work independently, while keeping stakeholders informed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot rendering issues across clients
  • Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
