Job description
We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Google Ads Consultant to join our industry-leading team at Chameleon Web Services. If you’re passionate about PPC performance, love diving into data, and want to be part of a company that has been shaping the digital landscape since 2001, this is your opportunity.
As a Google Ads Consultant, you’ll be responsible for planning, delivering, and optimising PPC campaigns across a wide variety of industries. Our clients range from local businesses to global brands, giving you exposure to diverse strategies, budgets, and market challenges.
You will work within a high-performing and supportive marketing team, collaborating with SEO specialists, designers, developers, and account managers to deliver results for leading brand names., * Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
- Build, test, and refine ad copy and landing page performance for improved conversion rates.
- Monitor daily performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Set up tracking, measurement, and reporting (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, conversions, etc.).
- Provide monthly reports with insights, recommendations, and clear performance commentary.
- Work directly with clients to understand goals, budgets, and market opportunities.
- Stay ahead of PPC trends, automation, AI changes, and Google’s platform updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing successful Google Ads accounts (agency or in-house).
- Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting data.
- A solid understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and how to improve them.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio/Looker Studio.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Google Ads Certifications (preferred but not essential)., * Passionate about digital marketing and PPC performance
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset
- Confident, organised, and detail-oriented
- Collaborative and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute ideas
- Motivated by helping clients achieve real business results
