Requirements

  • 7+ years in System Administration, DBA, or GRC Administration.
  • SQL Server and relational database experience.
  • Strong SQL skills, including joins and reporting queries.
  • SSRS report development.
  • Experience with GRC platforms (RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, CAL-CSIRS, or equivalents).
  • User provisioning, RBAC, and permission management.
  • Configuration of workflows, modules, forms, and handlers.
  • Change management and configuration management experience.
  • Cybersecurity governance, incident management, or risk management experience.
  • Familiarity with NIST CSF and NIST SP 800-53.
  • Experience in California State or other government environments (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, SC-200, AZ-500, etc.) are a strong plus.
