Job description
- Lead Cadence build and optimization efforts across multiple specialties
- Partner with operational stakeholders to ensure workflows are accurately reflected in the system
- Audit existing build for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with best practices
- Facilitate and lead meetings with specialty teams
- Support Appointment Conversion work efforts
- Perform unit testing and validate system functionality
- Provide detailed input on implementation strategies and technical design decisions
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to support ongoing build, optimization, and appointment conversion initiatives. This is a contract opportunity ideal for a highly technical analyst who can independently manage specialties and contribute to complex workflow discussions., * Active Epic Cadence certification with current NVTs (required)
- No moonlighting; must be fully dedicated to this engagement
- Strong technical proficiency with the ability to speak in depth about build, workflows, and implementation
- Hands-on experience with Cadence, Authorizations, and Referrals (Auths/Refs)
- Proven ability to independently own workstreams and deliver results
