Job description

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems and user accounts.
  • Install and maintain computers, development workstations, servers and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and network connectivity issues.
  • Manage Active Directory, user permissions and system security.
  • Support Windows and Linux environments and business/development software.
  • Maintain network equipment, firewalls and IT infrastructure.
  • Manage IT tickets and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Assist with system updates, backups, security and routine maintenance.
  • Maintain IT documentation and equipment records.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
  • Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, hardware and networking.
  • Experience with Active Directory, VPNs, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
  • Knowledge of firewalls and basic IT security.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills., * IT Technician: 1 year (preferred)
