Job description

This is an opportunity to register your interest in Power BI Developer roles within a data-driven business environment. Roles of this type typically sit within analytics or business intelligence teams where you would partner with stakeholders across the organisation to translate business requirements into scalable, performant BI solutions. The work could involve designing data models, creating interactive dashboards and reports, and ensuring data quality across reporting pipelines-with scope to take ownership of defined deliverables and improve how the business accesses and understands its data., * Designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business requirements

  • Building and optimizing data models to support analytical needs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Implementing data quality checks and ensuring accuracy across reporting pipelines
  • Connecting Power BI to various data sources and managing data transformations
  • Maintaining and improving existing BI solutions and documentation
  • Supporting users with dashboard navigation and troubleshooting, * Opportunity to work on impactful business intelligence projects that support organisational strategy
  • Scope to develop technical expertise and stay current with Power BI and analytics trends
  • Exposure to diverse business challenges and data landscapes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and report creation
  • Microsoft Power BI Certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise
  • Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with data quality analysis and validation
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure (advantageous)
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
