Job description

This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Power BI Developer positions, roles that could involve designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that drive data-informed decision-making across organisations. Roles of this type may see you working with cross-functional teams to translate complex data requirements into intuitive, scalable Power BI dashboards and reports., * Designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards that meet stakeholder requirements

  • Building data models and implementing ETL processes to support analytics workloads
  • Managing data quality and ensuring accuracy across reporting solutions
  • Collaborating with business analysts, data engineers and stakeholders to define reporting specifications
  • Optimising Power BI performance and ensuring scalability of solutions
  • Supporting data pipeline development and integration with source systems
  • Providing guidance on best practices in data visualisation and analytics design

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience developing Power BI solutions in production environments
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles and stakeholder engagement in data initiatives
  • Proficiency with SQL and data modelling concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI Certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and data pipeline concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
