Our client, a leading organization in enterprise learning and HR technology, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting system implementations, testing, documentation, governance, reporting, and operational readiness activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization., * Support project planning, execution, status tracking, and workstream coordination.
- Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, process flows, governance materials, operating procedures, and decision logs.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities, including UAT, test case development, defect tracking, and validation.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items., * Opportunity to work on impactful enterprise projects supporting HR and learning technologies.
- Collaborate with diverse teams across HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Enhance your skills in project management, testing, and system implementation.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, systems analysis, or enterprise software implementations.
- Experience supporting large, cross-functional technology projects.
- Strong requirements gathering, process documentation, and technical writing skills.
- Experience leading or coordinating UAT, and system testing activities.
- Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills.
