Job description

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Program Manager - MarTech Delivery Lead to lead large-scale marketing technology and digital experience initiatives for a leading Financial Services client.

Requirements

This role combines enterprise program leadership with deep MarTech expertise and requires experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud solutions across complex, large-scale organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of program leadership, stakeholder management, and experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, personalization, digital experience, and customer engagement platforms.

Required Experience

  • 15+ years of technology delivery, program management, or portfolio leadership experience.
  • Proven success leading complex enterprise programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
  • Experience delivering MarTech, Digital Experience, Personalization, Customer Engagement, or Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives.
  • Strong experience with:

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Adobe Target

Experience managing program scope, financials, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive communications.

Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, and Business organizations.

Strong Agile delivery experience.

Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Experience

  • SAFe experience including:

  • PI Planning
  • Agile Release Trains (ART)
  • Release Management

Adobe Campaign

Adobe Analytics

Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or other regulated industry experience.

Experience with personalization, omnichannel experiences, digital transformation, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.

PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent certifications.

Benefits & conditions

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $140,000 - $165,000/ yearly.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
